MICHAEL J. PLOCKI, the principal with MPLG, is a civil litigation attorney with over 17 years of legal experience. Mr. Plocki’s practice focuses on personal injury, product liability, toxic tort, premises liability, construction, employment, business litigation, and real estate. In this capacity, he has represented a broad variety of clients,
including employers, employees, business owners, corporations, insurance carriers, equipment manufacturers, suppliers, general contractors, subcontractors, construction companies, and property owners. In addition, Mr. Plocki has litigated numerous other cases involving construction defect, inverse condemnation, land and property disputes, common interest developments, groundwater contamination, workers’ compensation, landlord-tenant disputes,
and breach of contract.
Prior to opening his own law practice, Mr. Plocki worked for several years at two of the largest law firms in California where he represented equipment manufacturers, employers, contractors, insurance companies, and business owners. In addition to his legal work, Mr. Plocki is committed to his community and is actively involved with CYO and youth sports.
